⊚ TAKE OUR MUSEUM ECONOMIC IMPACT SURVEY ⊚
BACKGOUND
Maryland Museums Association applied for and received funding from competitive grant programs at the Maryland Heritage Areas Authority and Preservation Maryland to commission an economic impact study of Maryland’s museum sector.
SCOPE OF WORK
MMA selected Parker Strategy Group to complete the project as expert consultant. Through this contract with Parker Strategy Group, MMA will measure and interpret the statewide and local economic contributions of museums, contextualize these findings within related industries (e.g., tourism, recreation, revitalization), and provide a final report suitable for widespread use and distribution for industry reference, public awareness, legislative advocacy, and/or goal-setting purposes.
PARTICIPATE!
In addition to the economic data analysis that will be completed by Parker Strategy Group, MMA wants to hear from you! We have an online survey and will be hosting four working meetings/listening sessions across the state in February and March.
